Creat a stage drapery effect in 11 steps

Was looking for some drapery design image and found this great tutorial at Designioustimes.com

So follow the simple 11 steps, I managed to recreate the effect and looking forward to trying something more… Below is the turn out! And do not afraid to try!

Techniques that were used in the tutorial include:

  1. Filter > Render > Fibers
  2. Filter > Blur > Motion Blur
